Board Members
The President of Georgia Military College, the Mayor of Milledgeville, the Baldwin
County Commission Chairman or his designee, the Department of Natural Resources
(DNR) Commissioner or his designee, the Georgia Forestry Commissioner or his
designee, two members from the community of Baldwin County plus the county commission
chairman of each county, as requested, that lies in the jurisdiction of the Oconee River
Greenway Authority along with two community representatives (with qualifications) from
each county.

- Mr. Bubba Williams – Baldwin County Commissioner
- Mr. Troy Clymer – Georgia Forestry Commission designee
- Mr. Lee Moon – Department of Natural Resources designee
- Mr. H.D. (Bo) Edwards – Business Executive and community representative
- Mr. Marion Nelson – Baldwin Co. Environmental Compliance Officer and community representative
- Mr. Dennis Holder – Chairman, Wilkinson County Commission
